1. RIW sells all products only on the bill. Rates that are quoted are basic rates on which GST will be applicable i.e. 18% extra on hardware and tools products.

2. Loading & Cartages charges will be extra that will be added before GST in billing in addition to the basic quoted rates.

3. RIW will take 25% of the entire amount in advance just only as money for confirmation of order and balance amount at the time of delivery.

4. Orders would be treated as confirmed only after receiving Purchase orders through courier at the company’s address or via mail on company’s E-Mail address.

5. RIW receives payments only through Cheques or RTGS, NEFT & UPI in the company’s bank account number.
